Garden

I want to eat your head,

and drink your veins dry

Because I hate you and I love you,

and I want you all gone while you live on inside of me

I want to feel your spirit,

climbing ivy

twist around my bones,

a garden trellis,

built upon dead promises

  1. Holy! wow! wow! Kindra, I felt this poem…and It scared me but, in a good way scared. I envision someone eating and sucking off all the blood from the veins of the body. Consuming til’ the lover of what was once human is now a part of the woman who feels more intense love and feels he passion inside the bones. I love this a lot and one of my favorites by you. πŸ™‚

  2. perfect duality that lives within. how come we are so devilishly attracted to who we know will shatter us yet there’s the undeniable deliciousness that we see and crave from the devil that they are?

as always perfectly engaging and captivating!
